Wheatfield approves Wildwood Parkway residential rezoning
Town Board · Meeting of February 2, 2026
NY WHEATFIELD — Wheatfield Town Board approves residential rezoning of eight Wildwood Parkway properties. Supervisor Don MacSwan led the unanimous vote following a public hearing held January 5, 2026, and a coastal consistency review that scaled back the original proposal from 15 lots after concerns from the City of Niagara Falls. The board also issued a State Environmental Quality Review Act Negative Declaration and approved major capital purchases including a $297,891 Volvo loader L110H with extended warranty.
The board accepted resignations from Town Constables John Hatch and Aaron Brantley and appointed Matthew F. Klettke to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
