NY WHEATFIELD — Wheatfield approves $380,000 highway equipment purchase. Supervisor Don MacSwan and the Town Board unanimously authorized $380,000 from the Highway Equipment Capital Reserve Fund for a Mack Granite tandem dump truck with reversible plow and salt spreading equipment, subject to a 30-day permissive referendum. The board also approved two bill-payment vouchers totaling $619,327.59 and updated 2026 engineering review fees starting at $800 for site plans under one acre, plus $200 per additional acre.
