NY WHEATFIELD — Wheatfield Zoning Board approves two variances, tables cannabis dispensary request. The board unanimously approved MGA Construction LLC's variance to reduce the side yard setback from 15 feet to approximately 10.4 feet for a 1,067-square-foot home reconstruction at 2956 Krueger Road in an R-1 zoning district. The board also unanimously approved Cooper Neon Sign Company, Inc.'s variance to install a 55.58-square-foot electronic message display sign for a church and day care at 7337 Ward Road, with the condition that sign brightness and message transitions comply with town code requirements.
The board tabled a request from Adam and Joleigh Wylicki for extended operating hours at an adult-use cannabis dispensary at 3176 Niagara Falls Boulevard.
