NY WHEATFIELD — Wheatfield Zoning Board reviews proposed building and storage regulations. Vice-Chairman Walter Garrow presided over the September 14 meeting with members Matt Klettke and Arthur Kroening present. The Board discussed a proposed law governing accessory building heights and reviewed the status of battery energy storage system regulations, including consideration of a possible moratorium on BESS facilities within town limits.
No public hearings were held and no formal action was taken on either proposal.
